Returns & Exchanges

* We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, dislike of design, colour variation, or improper handling after delivery.
* Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case you receive:

* a damaged product,
* a defective item,
* or an incorrect product,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

* a clear unboxing video,
* product images,
* and order details.

Without a proper unboxing video, claims for damages, defects, or missing items may not be accepted.

Product & Colour Variations

We try our best to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or editing.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved for eligible cases only, will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the final decision will remain with JK JEWELZ by Shubhi and will fall under the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
